SHIPPING POLICY

Where we deliver: United Kingdom only.

Cost: UK Standard Delivery is FREE on every order. There are no extra charges at checkout.

Processing: we aim to process orders within [1-2] working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery time: orders are sent from our supplier's warehouse in the UK and usually arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking: we'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Multiple pads: bundles of 2 or 3 pads may arrive in separate parcels.

Delays or lost parcels: if your order hasn't arrived within [Z] working days of dispatch, email [ADD EMAIL] and we'll look into it. Goods remain our responsibility until they're delivered to you. If a parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
